On his path, Māntrikadeva has come to a profound insight: the entire system of Yoga can be much more deeply understood through the lens of energy dynamics.

In essence, Yoga is at the same time highly intuitive and purely logic. But disharmony within our own being, as well as in the field of Yoga itself, often causes us to be unable to see this logic and intuitiveness. 

Learning Yoga directly through the lens of energy dynamics helps us take this hurdle. To start deeply understanding the energy dynamics of our own lives, of the world around us and of Yoga itself.

Our unique approach

From his teacher Śrī Ajīta, Swami Māntrikadeva learned to always dig deeper into the meaning of Yoga. This has led to a series of unique insights that have shaped our approach to Yoga forever.

These higher insights are part of what we call the New Yoga, which will be the Yoga of the upcoming era. It is not a completely new form of Yoga, but rather a movement — co-created by many people worldwide — that contains all the existing forms of Yoga in ways renewed, revitalised & rebuilt on a higher level

In the New Yoga, the focus shifts from the external form of techniques and methods to a deeper understanding of their essential energy dynamics. Through this lens, the universal principles behind all Yoga practices begin to reveal themselves — making the path clearer, more direct, and more accessible to all.

Three Jewels

Inspired by the Gautama Buddha, we have built our organisation upon three pillars, known as the Three Jewels.

* Dharma means Cosmic Law. The natural structure of spiritual reality. Sometimes also called Divine Will. In our personal life, this manifests as our sense of direction in life and our Highest Purpose.

* Guru means the Teacher. Not just our school’s teachers. Rather, it is about learning from everything in life. From any person, thing, or situation.

* Sangha means Community. Many souls understand more than one. By connecting in group meditation, sharing our perspectives & experiences, supporting each other & co-creating we are stronger than alone.

Dear Friend,

I know we’ve all had those moments — when life feels overwhelming, confusing, and we quietly wish it came with an instruction manual. Something to help us make sense of it all. Something to hold on to when things get hard.

Life can be so beautiful, but the truth is, pain and struggle often cloud that beauty. Sometimes it feels like life moves in strange ways, and we’re left wondering why things happen, why we feel the way we do, why we are who we are. 

And especially now — with everything going on in the world — many of us feel ungrounded, anxious, and far from ourselves.

But it doesn’t have to remain this way. Ancient wisdom offers us a way forward — time-tested pathways that are as relevant today as they were thousands of years ago. 

Yoga is such a pathway: much more than a practice of postures, it carries a profound spiritual science passed down through generations in India. It offers us a toolbox for inner transformation — a way to realign with the rhythms of life, and most importantly, with our true self.

Yoga meets us where we are — in all our uniqueness — and guides us back to the person we have always sensed we could be. By developing awareness on every level of our being, it gently helps us heal, grow, and evolve.

And isn’t that what so many of us long for right now?

That’s why I created our community space. A place where you can explore this journey — at your own pace, and in the company of others who are walking a similar path. Through courses, gatherings, teachings, and practical methods & techniques, you’ll find guidance and support as you reconnect with your inner truth.

As you move inward — layer by layer — you’ll discover a deeper state of Presence. A way of Being that is rooted in peace, clarity, and alignment with the Source of Life itself.

At our core, we are all spiritual beings, journeying through a material world. And in truth, this world — its patterns, people, and possibilities — is intimately connected to the Divine.

When we begin to see life through that lens, everything changes. The world becomes richer. We become whole again.

Current programmes

Who is our founder?

A Swami is a Sanskrit title for a Yoga Master. Born as Maarten Goddijn in a provincial city in the South of the Netherlands, he later received the spiritual name Māntrikadeva during meditation.

In youth he always felt very different from others, and had a lot of trouble understanding why many people often made what seemed to be such unwise choices in life, rather than more loving ones. In return, his choices were often misunderstood by others as well. In retrospect, from early on during puberty, spiritual awakening was always on the verge of pushing through. Afraid of stepping into the unknown, Māntrikadeva was in those days still suppressing it with all his power.

This led to a long and difficult period, in which he felt deeply lost and got to experience a great pain & suffering that helped him to finally understand others with deeper compassion. Struggling his way out of the dark, he finally was able to allow the awakening to happen in 2012, a year that was spiritually very powerful. 

Ever since, he has been slowly preparing to teach. Studying various spiritual disciplines and traditions, he developed a broad resourcefulness, both within, outs & beyond the ancient Indian metaphysical system of Yoga.
